You begin with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your vision, goals, budget range, timeline, and overall project scope.
Following your consultation, we provide you with a detailed preliminary estimate based on the initial scope discussed.
If you would like to move forward, you approve the estimate so we can proceed to the next phase.
You submit a deposit to secure your place in our build schedule. This deposit is due prior to the design phase.
You then meet with our design team to finalize your layout, materials, finishes, components, and all project details. This is where your selections are made and your build is fully defined.
If any upgrades, additions, or scope changes are made during your design meeting, we issue a revised estimate reflecting those changes. Final pricing is confirmed once your selections are finalized.
You drop off your vehicle at our shop on your scheduled start date.
Our team completes your build according to the finalized design and agreed scope of work.
Once your build is complete, you’ll receive a full walkthrough, review your systems and features, and take delivery of your finished vehicle.
